Inquiry records are intended for authorized college staff. Do not submit passwords, bank details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
When you message the official bot, the system stores the Telegram chat identifier, first name, username, language choice and latest activity needed to reply and measure active use. Public announcement alerts are optional: use Turn on alerts or Stop alerts at any time. The bot does not store your message text.
Owner alerts report only an application reference, campus, program, receipt number, amount and required review action. Student names, phone numbers, uploaded documents and bank transaction references are not sent through Telegram.
You may contact the College to ask about your inquiry, correct your contact details, request help concerning information you submitted, or stop Telegram announcements whenever you choose.
Always confirm payment instructions directly with the College. Never send passwords or financial account information through the admission inquiry form.
